Privacy policy

1. Responsibility and contact

Davi Specia, based in Toledo, Paraná, is responsible for the portfolio and information received through his contact channels. For privacy matters, write to davi.specia@gmail.com or call (45) 99128-5227.

2. Browsing the website

This portfolio has no registration, data submission forms or advertising. It uses first-party statistics to understand interest in pages, projects, resumes and contact channels and improve its presentation. Collection is hosted on the website’s own VM, without cookies or external audience analytics services.

Records include time, page, language, theme, broad device type, browser, operating system, referring domain and limited campaign parameters. Clicks, resume openings, PDF requests, scroll depth and time with the tab visible are also measured. IPs, full referring URLs, message content, form data and location are not stored. The IP is processed temporarily in memory to limit abuse and group repeated PDF requests.

A random identifier in session storage groups navigation by tab and is renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. It does not identify a person or follow other websites. Theme, language and statistics exclusion preferences remain in browser local storage. The dashboard is password protected. Events are kept for up to 180 days. Local backups are kept for up to 7 days and may retain records for that additional period after rotation. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected; you can also disable collection in this browser below. Exclusion does not remove previous records or prevent infrastructure operational records.

Filters, outlier challenges, the laboratory and demonstrations run in the browser with fictional data. Only opening these activities and general actions are counted, without recording answers or manipulated data. The copy-email button writes the contact address to the clipboard after your click and does not read its contents.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This connection sends technical information needed for the request, such as your IP address and browser information. See the Google Fonts information and the Google privacy policy.

3. When you get in touch

When sending a message by email or WhatsApp, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company and conversation content. This information is used to respond to your request, discuss professional opportunities and follow up on the contact you initiated.

Depending on the context, processing is based on preliminary steps towards a contract requested by you or on the legitimate interest in responding to professional contact, while respecting your rights. Legal obligations and the exercise of rights may justify retaining necessary information.

Conversations are kept as long as needed for the purpose of the contact and applicable obligations. You can request information about retention or deletion through the channel above. This portfolio does not create a marketing list from visits.

4. Hosting and external services

The portfolio is hosted on an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure virtual machine shared with Cinerd. The infrastructure and web server may process IP addresses, dates, times, requested pages and browser information to deliver the website and diagnose failures. Caddy is not configured to keep a log of every page access. Service events, such as errors and certificate management, are recorded in the system journal and may contain technical connection information. No fixed retention period in days is configured for these records; rotation and removal follow the system's storage limits. Oracle's infrastructure may also process technical information needed for operation and security.

Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Drive, articles and applications lead to external services with their own policies. Messages are also stored in the communication services you choose. These providers may process data outside Brazil. This portfolio's policy does not replace each service's policy.

5. Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information on sharing and, where applicable, anonymization, restriction, deletion, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Identity confirmation may be required to protect the data. Send your request to davi.specia@gmail.com.

See Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law, particularly articles 7, 9 and 18.

6. Updates

This policy should reflect changes in features, services and hosting. The date below identifies the version available for consultation.
